Our largest residence to date — a full-home interior design built around a vaulted great room with exposed wood beams. The kitchen layers light oak uppers over deep navy bases, anchored by a white quartz waterfall island and brass globe pendants. A live-edge dining table, leather sectional and warm fireplace tie the open plan together with a relaxed Pacific Northwest sensibility.

A full commercial interior package for Rubicon Construction — translating concept boards into a finished, hospitality-leaning workplace. The break room layers a black slatted island and accent wall against a white quartz waterfall counter, sage-green tile backsplash and cognac leather barstools, softened by a live olive tree. The ADA bath carries a warm-and-graphic palette through with a chevron wood accent wall, herringbone porcelain tile, large concrete floor tile, an arched LED mirror and a black ADA-approved wall-mount sink.

A top-to-bottom refresh that touched nearly every room — new wide-plank LVP flooring throughout the main living spaces, refreshed paint and trim, and a layered new lighting plan with brass and seeded-glass fixtures. Three full bathrooms were taken to the studs and rebuilt: a marble-clad upstairs primary, a powder bath with a Calacatta-style vanity and brass chandelier, and a basement guest bath with a champagne-bronze framed shower over pebble-mosaic tile. A built-in dining buffet with subway tile, dark cabinetry and a glass rack ties the dining room into the kitchen and adds quiet entertaining function.

A full kitchen and entry renovation that started on the design board and finished as a layered, light-filled main level. The kitchen pairs crisp white shaker cabinetry and marble-veined countertops with a charcoal island, gas cooktop and a column of wall ovens framed by a tall pantry. Black industrial pendants, walnut bar stools and a brick fireplace just beyond keep the space warm and grounded. At the entry, a sourcing board for a rope-drum chandelier is realized over a brick accent wall and teal pebble-glass partition — a small but striking arrival moment.

A full kitchen reset that traded yellow walls and oak cabinetry for a bright, layered space — white shaker cabinets, marble herringbone backsplash, stainless appliances and brass hardware. A custom built-in banquette with a butcher-block top and arched doorway tucks into the dining nook with throw pillows and a hand-painted leaf wall installation, turning a forgotten corner into the warmest seat in the house.

A small kitchen reborn — the original light-oak cabinetry, green walls and laminate counters made way for a bright, soft-white space with shaker cabinetry, a calming gray subway tile backsplash and a sunny garden window over the new sink. The peninsula stays, but is reimagined with off-white shaker fronts and a slim quartz top, opening the kitchen visually into the dining room beyond.
